Tiësto’s Club Life Radio Channel Exclusively on SiriusXM

Tiësto’s Club Life Radio, a 24/7 exclusive channel created by Tiësto, will launch in 2012 and feature a variety of electronic dance music including progressive house, electro, trance and downtempo hand selected by the world-renowned DJ and producer. Other superstar and up-and-coming DJs are also expected to appear on the channel. Each week, Tiësto’s Club Life Radio will air a countdown of Tiësto’s current favorite songs during the weekly special “Tiësto’s Top Ten,” as well as new and classic editions of Tiësto’s “Club Life” radio show, which currently airs on Electric Area Ch. 52, on Saturdays at 10 pm ET.

Tiësto’s Club Life Radio will be available in the Dance/Electronic category through the SiriusXM App for smart phones and mobile devices. It will also be available on channel 340 on Edge satellite radios and on SiriusXM Internet Radio in early 2012.

Right before the holiday Tiesto seems to have a lot of things to come out. This week he already revealed his collaboration with Steve Aoki. Now he has teamed up with Anastacia for the single “What Can We Do” which uses a line from Aretha Franklin’s song ‘A Deeper Love’. Anastacia shows her magnificent voice and naturally Tiesto provides an extremely well-produced song. The song was released in November 2011.

Tiësto Makes History In Los Angeles

On Saturday night, the Home Depot Center in Carson was home to 26,000 revelers who attended the final stop of Tiësto’s Club Life College Invasion Tour. To say that the night was oozing with high energy, a vibe of genuine happiness, a sense of community from one dancer to another, would be an understatement. It was all of that and much more.

“I’m really excited,” Tiësto told us backstage. “I’ve been coming to L.A. for a long time. Even three to five years ago, [I would] never have expected to be able to pull off such a big show here.”

Following his collaboration “Scribble” on Underworld’s album “Barking” last year, and his remix of Tiësto’s “Kaleidoscope” in 2009, the Cardiff based producer behind such contemporary classics as “Racing Green”, “If We Ever” and “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang” is back to take up his rightful place as one of UK dance music’s elite.

The First Note Is Silent” will be the first single from High Contrast new album, which is due out February 2012 on Hospital. The track is a superb demonstration of his ear for a good hook bringing in the talents of stadium trance maestro Tiësto and legendary UK electronic outfit Underworld.

The KRO-profile program, next month devoted a show to Tiësto. Tuesday afternoon in Breda, a show was recorded for the TV program. Ajouad el Miloudi spoke to Tiësto’s childhood friend Wilfried Dam.
