Together with the key artists from today, Energy paves the way for the sound of tomorrow. Energy – We Are The Network. Including performances from Tiësto, Avicii , Sander van Doorn , ATB , Ferry Corsten , Marco V , Hardwell , Wolfgang Gartner , Jochen Miller and many more.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE CHANGE OF NAME INTO ENERGY – THE NETWORK AND THE MUSICAL CHANGE THAT GOES ALONG?

“In fact I had decided not to perform Trance Energy any longer, since my style has changed completely. Musically I just didn’t fit in the former concept any more. But after the recent change of name and concept I saw a huge opportunity to play my new sound to the crowd at ENERGY.”

Tiësto this year, performed on the ‘play’ stage, with Sander Van Doorn, Avicii, and Wippenburg. Tiësto played until three o’clock in the morning and was broadcast over radio 538 for the first 45 minutes of his set.

Tiësto & Hardwell live at Energy 2011

Together they released the track Zero 76, DJ Tiësto and Hardwell. The crowd was wildly enthusiastic during last weekend’s sets at Energy Fair 2011. Here he presented Mr Hardwell as brand new talent and took him around on stage. “He’s gonna be huge, ” said the world famous DJ, who, it seemed, appointed his townsman Hardwell as his unofficial successor.

After the show, Tiësto wrote on Twitter: “What a night at ENERGY! Nice to see that the crowd liked the old but also the new stuff.I guess I will always have to play a mix of both!”
